Dyslexia is a type of learning disability that is language-based. People with dyslexia experience difficulty with reading, writing and/or spelling. Dyslexia is a neurological disorder, and the severity is different for every child. Children with dyslexia require intensive teaching of sound to symbol relationships, to help them blend words and sentences for reading and writing.

What is an IEP?

IEP stands for Individual Education Plan. An IEP is a document prepared by a professional in the education system, which illustrates:

  • specific goals to the student and how to monitor achievement

  • any adaptations and/or modification that would benefit the student

  • useful strategies

How can I stay updated with my child’s learning?

Along with daily communication with the tutor, we also provide monthly and term reports.
